Therapy 02

Reflexology

Reflexology is a popular and relaxing therapy based on the principle that reflex points on the soles, tops and sides of the feet correspond to areas throughout the body — the feet can be seen as a map of the body. Pressure is applied with thumbs, fingers or knuckles to help correct imbalances and encourage the body to heal itself. It is gentle and non-invasive, suitable for physical, mental and emotional concerns.

Many symptoms can show great improvement

  • Induces deep relaxation
  • Improves circulation

  • Cleanses the body of toxins and impurities
  • Balances the whole body system
  • Revitalizes energy
  • Preventive health care
  • Stimulates creativity and productivity
  • Creates a general sense of health and well-being
